Custom sheet metal fabrication for industrial control panels. These enclosures needed to be robust, waterproof, and aesthetically professional for an outdoor chemical plant.
Challenge
The enclosure needed to be waterproof (IP65) and corrosion-resistant. Achieving watertight seams on thin-gauge stainless steel without warping from welding heat was the primary technical challenge.
Our Solution
We used high-speed fiber laser cutting for burr-free edges and CNC press brakes for precise bending. For assembly, we employed TIG welding with pulse control to minimize heat input, ensuring full penetration for watertight seams without distortion.
